  • The statement of licensing policy was adopted by a full meeting of the Isle of Wight Council on 20 April 2011.  This policy will be used by the licensing authority to assist them in the determination of licensing applications, renewals and variations made under the Licensing Act 2003. 
  • The statement of licensing policy was adopted by a full meeting of the Isle of Wight Council on 17 January 2007. This document sets out the Isle of Wight Council’s policy, for three years, commencing on 31 January 2007, in respect of its licensing functions under the Gambling Act 2005.
  • The Interim Statement of Licensing Policy (Street Trading Consents) July 2008 was adopted by Isle of Wight Council Licensing Committee at a meeting held on 14 July 2008. The policy will be used by the licensing authority to assist it in the determination of applications for a street trading consent.
  • The Street Collections Policy was adopted by Isle of Wight Council Public Protection Committee at a meeting held on 7 August 1997. The policy will be used by the licensing authority in determining whether to grant a street collection permit.
  • The Sex Establishment Policy was adopted by the Licensing and General Purposes Committee at a meeting held on 6 December 2010. The policy will be used by the licensing authority to assist in the determination of applications for a sex establishment.
