What else should be considered? The above exemptions do not extend to any electrical or drainage installations. If your proposal includes new drainage an application may be required and you should consult Building Control for further guidance. Any new electrical work should be carried out by an electrician belonging to a Government Approved Scheme or a Building Notice application made to the Council (click here for further information). | |
