What charge do I have to pay if an application is required? The construction (or extension) of an attached or detached garage is charged at a set fee if the floor area does not exceed 100m². Please refer to Table B of our charges schedule to check the current charge. If the floor area exceeds 60m² then the fee will be individually determined by the Building Control Manager / Senior Surveyor and you should contact Building Control to obtain an application charge quotation. | |
