PROPOSALS AFFECTING MY BUSINESS
A key part of the processing of any Planning application is the receipt and assessment of comments both from key agencies and local residents / businesses.
Our Customer Information Team will be happy to advise you of the nature of any Planning Application, and give you some guidance on how to formulate your comments. For your comments to be registered and recorded, they must be submitted either in writing (address below), or by e-mail.
You should attempt to make your comments within the periods set out in the consultation letter or in the site notice. All comments received prior to the determination of an application will be considered as part of any decision. The earlier you can make your comments the sooner the case officer can assess their impact on the development proposed.
