The Request Form can be used to obtain copies of documents issued by Building Control and the Planning Department.

Commonly requested documents are Building Regulation Approval Notices and Completion Certificates and Decision Notices from the Planning Department. Solicitors often require these as proof that the relevant permissions were obtained and complied with.
