BUILDING REGULATION CHARGES
BUILDING (LOCAL AUTHORITY CHARGES) REGULATIONS 2010

These charges apply from 1st January 2011 (VAT rate of 20%). The charge payable is based upon the type of work that you will be carrying out.

Table A (domestic) deals with new dwellings only. View Charges & Guidance

Table B (domestic) deals with single and two storey extensions; loft conversions, erection / extension of attached or detached garage and garage conversions. View Charges & Guidance

Table C (domestic) deals with alterations and change of use, replacement windows / doors and electrical installations, underpinning and renovation of thermal element. View Charges & Guidance

Tables D and E (non-domestic) deal with non-domestic new build and extensions, replacement windows / doors, underpinning, alterations, mezzanine floors, office or shop fit-out and change of use. View Charges & Guidance
