Documents, Plans, drawings and material submitted to the Council are protected
by the Copyright Acts (Section 47, 1988 Act). You may only use information
about Tree Preservation Orders which is downloaded and/or printed for your own
personal use and not for resale or commercial purposes. Further copies must not
be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner. You are required
to agree to this statement before you are able to proceed.
Those using these Orders should bear in mind the following important
considerations:

Tree Preservation Orders shown on this site are copies of the original
documents and may not be up to date, as all Orders are subject to revision at
any time.

The plan may not show boundaries and structures accurately.

Not all protected trees may be shown on the plan, for example if another TPO
covers the same area.

Not all trees shown within an Area or Woodland order are necessarily protected.

Trees may also be protected by a Conservation Area or a planning condition,
which is not shown on the TPO plan.

Please note that whilst most images on this website are scans of scaled
originals, the images will not appear at any particular scale on your computer
screen. Figured dimensions, where they appear, are the only reliable method of
obtaining measurements from these images.
