A total of 185 surveys were returned between 1st April 2007 – 31st December 2007 and the results are shown below.

(NB – This data cannot show a full financial year i.e. 1st April – 31st March as a new survey was introduced at the end of the third quarter. However, we hope that the information shown below will give an indication of the satisfaction of our customers).
