Building Regulation application submitted before 6 April 2006 and work commences before 6 April 2006;

Or

Where contract entered into for the building work before 6 April 2006 and that work does not require a full plans application and the works commence before 1 October 2006;

Or

Full Plans application Approved without conditions (or conditions discharged) prior to 6 April 2006 and work commences before 1 April 2007;

Or

The building would previously have been exempt but must now meet the energy efficiency requirements of the regulations and either;
