Telephones
Public telephones are fitted with inductive couplers, which make it easier for people with hearing aids to use the telephone. Phones with extra amplification specially adapted for deaf or hard of hearing people are also available for home use.
BT have a specialist group who can offer advice on suitable telephones for people with hearing loss.
