www.ancestry.co.uk subscription site with all UK census information up to and including 1901, access to BMD and other records Ancestry.com leads directly into US information.
www.findmypast.co.uk GRO register of Births, Marriages and Deaths plus links to all UK census information. Also Soldiers that died in the Great War. Now includes access to the 1911 census.
