Subject to survey, cavity wall insulation and loft insulation is FREE to all priority group households which are those where a permanent resident of the household is aged 70 or in receipt of a qualifying benefits (see here).

For all other households (excluding social tenants) the discounted prices are:

Loft insulation is installed up to the recommended 270mm. No insulation will be added if there is more than 100mm of existing insulation.

† Insulation is free if you, or someone living with you, is aged 70 or over, or in receipt of a qualifying benefit. Additional charges may apply if a property is larger than the average size for the property type, or if vents or scaffolding are required. Based on a typical three bedroom semi-detached house with no more than 100mm of existing loft insulation. Prior to undertaking any work the homeowner/landlord will receive a written quotation setting out the scope of the insulation work including any additional charges and work will only be carried out when written acceptance has been received by the installer. Other Terms and Conditions apply and will be set out in the contract with the appointed installer. Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime.
