LOCAL SUSTAINABLE TRANSPORT FUND (LSTF)

Local Sustainable Transport Fund’ (LSTF) and invited Local Transport Authorities to develop transport related bids to help build strong local economies and address the challenges of climate change.
SUCCESSFUL TRANCHE 2 BID
In May 2012, the Isle of Wight Council were pleased to learn that their tranche 2 small project bid had been successful. This £3.95 million bid seeks to upgrade, improve and promote our sustainable transport network in order to grow the Island’s green tourism market. A copy of our initial Expression of Interest and full bid can be downloaded below.
* In October 2012 the DfT agreed in principle to a
funding re-profile, moving funds from 2012/13 into 2013/14. The total funding allocation remains unchanged.
