Westridge Squash and Tone Zone Gym

The new Tone Zone gym at Westridge is now open!

Located in the former boxing club area, the 40-station Tone Zone gym has - the latest hi-tech Pulse equipment and Pulse Smart Centre. Equipment will have 15" LCD screens and a full range of Freeview channels and i-Pod capability.  The easy to use Smart Centre is a big step in the future of fitness training and membership management – gym users will have a smart card to replace their existing One Card. Benefits include:

• Increased levels of contact with instructors
• Instructors able to monitor fitness, heath and medical issues quickly and efficiently and respond to customers’ needs
• Delivery of bespoke programmes tailored to individual needs
• Easy to monitor workouts and progress

There are now eight squash courts with Class 4 competition standard flooringand a first-floor viewing gallery.  Five squash courts are glassed-back. 

Baby facilities

There are baby changing facilities in the female changing room.

When is it open?

• Monday to Friday : 9am to 9.30pm
• Saturday: 9am to 5pm
• Sunday: 9am to 1pm

The centre is closed for certain days between Christmas and New Year, please phone for details.

Is there parking?
There is a free public car park.

Which bus will get me there?
Routes 2, 3, and 8 stop at Tesco.
