Who is on the Board

The members of the Partnership Board come from lots of organisations and backgrounds. People meet together to share ideas and information. They can then help each other make decisions about how to make services better.

The Board includes people with a learning disability and family carers.

The Board has set up some other groups to help it do its work. These are called sub groups. The sub groups have members from lots of organisations and groups. People with a disability and carers are also members of the sub groups.

			Learning Disability Partnership Board	The Board helps to make services better and helps organisations to make good decisions.

			Making it happen	This group makes sure we are doing what we said we were going to do.

			Where I live	This group looks at where people live. It looks at how it can make where people live better.

			My health	This group works on making sure that people with a learning disability have good healthcare.

			What I do	This group looks at what people do. For example, during the day, in the evenings and at weekends.

			Everyone matters	This group makes sure that no-one is missed out when we look at how to make things better.
