Conservation Area Character Appraisal

The Isle of Wight Council has produced a Conservation Area Appraisal for the Whitecroft Conservation Area. This document was adopted on 25 August 2004.

The Appraisal sets out the Council’s definition of the special interest of the Whitecroft Conservation Area. It will be used as a basis for planning decisions, appeal statements and conservation advice.
