Conservation Area Character Appraisal

The Isle of Wight Council has produced a Conservation Area Appraisal for the Totland Bay Conservation Area. This document was adopted on 21 June 2012.

The Appraisal sets out the Council’s definition of the special interest of the Totland Bay Conservation Area. It will be used as a basis for planning decisions, appeal statements and conservation advice.
