Conservation Area Character Appraisal

The Isle of Wight Council has produced a Conservation Area Appraisal for the Brook Conservation Area. This document was adopted on 23 December 2009.

The Appraisal sets out the Council’s definition of the special interest of the Brook Conservation Area. It will be used as a basis for planning decisions, appeal statements and conservation advice.
