Conservation Area Character Appraisal

The Isle of Wight Council has produced a Conservation Area Appraisal for the Brading Conservation Area. This document was adopted on 26 October 2006.

The Appraisal sets out the Council’s definition of the special interest of the Brading Conservation Area. It will be used as a basis for planning decisions, appeal statements and conservation advice.
