Conservation Area Character Appraisal

The Isle of Wight Council has produced a Conservation Area Appraisal for the Bembridge Conservation Area. This document was adopted on 17 May 2011.

The Appraisal sets out the Council’s definition of the special interest of the Bembridge Conservation Area. It will be used as a basis for planning decisions, appeal statements and conservation advice.
