Conservation Area Character Appraisal

The Isle of Wight Council has produced a Conservation Area Appraisal for the St Helens (The Duver) Conservation Area. This document was adopted on 20 June 2007.

The Appraisal sets out the Council’s definition of the special interest of the St Helens (The Duver) Conservation Area. It will be used as a basis for planning decisions, appeal statements and conservation advice.
