Conservation Area Character Appraisal

The Isle of Wight Council has produced a Conservation Area Appraisal for the East Cowes (Town Centre) Conservation Area. This document was adopted on 11 January 2008.

The Appraisal sets out the Council’s definition of the special interest of the East Cowes (Town Centre) Conservation Area. It will be used as a basis for planning decisions, appeal statements and conservation advice.
