Using the ‘My Profile’ area of iwight.com you can now sign up and receive regular notifications of job vacancies at the Isle of Wight Council.

If you don’t already have an account simply sign up using the link above, and when choosing the sections of the site you are interested in viewing you can select ‘Job Vacancies’, and also ‘notification alerts’.

The options are to choose which category and wage band of jobs you are interested in, and to say whether you would like to be notified by e-mail and / or SMS direct to your mobile phone.

Currently we are part of a pilot project for SMS messaging, and therefore we can offer this service for free. When the pilot period runs out we may have to charge a nominal fee to cover the cost of the text messages – but you will be notified before this happens.
