About
our Inspection

In
September 2005, the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) carried
out an inspection of the learning disability services on the Isle of Wight.

The
inspection was important to make sure that the services we give to people
with a learning disability are as they should be.
The people who did the inspection wrote a report that tells us what we
are doing well and what things we need to make better.

After
the inspection had finished, we wrote a plan to look at the things we
need to make better. This is called our Improvement Plan.
