Prerequisites:
In order to prepare for the workshop, participants are required to look for examples of schools in the public eye that are promoting themselves actively and positively through the media. The examples may come from the press but could also be drawn from school websites or other national, regional or local media.
They are asked to think about what you consider to be their personal strengths and areas for development in written and oral communication, particularly to a public audience? Which aspects of their communication skills do they need to practise and consolidate in order to improve their ability to promote and market their school?
