CAF and Information Sharing

Target Group:
Any staff member or volunteer who works with; children, young people and their families or carers

Course Aims:

1. Have increased their knowledge and understanding of their role and the process to be followed in identifying needs, completing a Common Assessment and ensuring integrated service provision.  
2. Have an understanding of the local thresholds for different tiers of need.  
3. Have improved practitioner confidence to share information about their clients appropriately

Intended Impact:

For staff to share information about service users with confidence using the guidelines,

For delegates to be able to fully engage with the CAF process.

The cost is fully funded but staffing budgets will be charged £95 if delegates book places and do not attend
