Course Trainer:Phil Churchill - Phil Churchill is a highly successful management, marketing & PR consultant, trainer and journalist. As senior partner of Churchill Associates, Phil is responsible for the delivery of a wide range of services (primarily under the banner of organisational and people development) to organisations throughout the public, private and voluntary sectors. Over the years he has worked with and for government departments and local authorities, and blue-chip companies through to small businesses and new start-ups from a wide variety of sectors. Since 1997, when Phil was involved in helping to set Early Years and Childcare Partnerships (EYDCPs), he has built a national reputation within the early years and childcare sector, particularly in the field of leadership and management.
