Target Group:
Practitioners working within the Early Years Foundation Stage

Course Aims:

·        To raise awareness of the impact adult behaviour and action has on children (reciprocity)

·        To consider styles of managing/interacting with children

·        To understand the goals of behaviour in children

·        To develop strategies for positive behaviour management



Intended Impact:

·        To improve understanding and awareness of the impact of adult behaviour on children

·        To develop/enhance strategies and techniques for positive and emotionally intelligent behaviour management in children

·        To improve awareness of the importance of the social and emotional aspects of learning
