Headteachers, governors, senior staff, business managers

Course Aims:

• To place recruitment in the broader context of issues relevant to the prevalence of abuse.
• Help participants understand the practical safeguarding dimensions of the recruitment process.
• To consider the development of a safer culture.

Intended Impact:

• Participants able to contribute to ensuring safer recruitment practice and the establishment and maintenance of a safer culture in their schools.
