Target Group:
Any Staff that have a need due to reorganisation exercises.

Course Aims:
The course will cover the following:

  • The overall process
  • What can go wrong at the interview?
  • Preparing thoroughly
  • Researching the organisation
  • Analysing the Job Description & Person Specification
  • Anticipating their questions and planning how to answer
  • Questions to ask
  • Self organisation
  • First Impressions (and last impressions!)
  • Question practice with feedback
  • Managing nerves
  • Post interview assessment

At the end of the workshop delegates will have:

  • Learned key preparation techniques enabling them to perform to their strengths at interview
  • Developed skills to answer interview questions more convincingly
  • Considered different approaches to control interview nerves
  • Developed an action plan to support their learning
