Target Group:The course is suitable for any new staff, as well as those that require a refresher on information governance issues, also staff who become more involved in dealing with personal information and/or requests for information.
Course Aims:A training event to provide an overview of the Freedom of Information Act; Data Protection Act and Protective Marking. Delegates should gain a general understanding of all relevant policies and legislation to enable them to manage information effectively and to ensure that all requests for information are dealt with appropriately.
