Target Group:
Head teachers, senior teaching staff, SENCOs, and Governors and nursery managers

Course Aims:

Building on your knowledge gained from the course “Inclusive Practice in Schools - The Equality Act”, this follow-up course explains how to produce your equality scheme and action plans for Ofsted.

  • Detailed knowledge of the new Equality Duties
  • How to produce meaningful single equality schemes and action plans
  • Better Ofsted judgments
  • Improved outcomes for pupils with disabilities and other protected groups
