Our major focus is to provide support and assessment to learners, leading to a recognised National Vocational Qualification across a variety of industry sectors, through Work Based Learning  
Through job placement or with existing staff, we assist the learner in completing a relevant NVQ/ Apprenticeship.  We visit the leaner in their work place, agree tasks for a 4-6 week period and support them in achieving this staged qualification

HTP is recognised by Ofsted as an ‘Outstanding’ provider. We take a consultative approach to business to ensure we deliver training solutions that meet your business needs. We are Apprenticeship specialists and deliver a range of short courses for industry.

Youth Connexions offers information, advice, guidance and support to young people aged 13-19 (and up to the age of 25 for those with learning difficulties, disabilities or both). One Youth Connexions service for young people is to support them into the world of work. To do this we need to work with employers to help young people to realise their potential.
We can offer you: An opportunity to discuss your requirements; Advertising of your vacancies in the Youth Connexions Centre and on the Youth Connexions website; Facilities to hold interviews; Information on changes in education and training, including new qualifications; Regular contact with you until the recruitment process is finalised.

Osel is a fully independent registered charity, founded to provide realistic and supportive work environments, new hope and motivation to people with a disability or health condition on the Isle of Wight.
A service provided by the company is Osel Business Services offering a bespoke package of services tailored to suit all your business requirements.
Island Training

Island Training (part of IW College), identifies employer training needs, and provides employers with a wide range of training opportunities for their workforce including apprenticeships, NVQs in the workplace, and bespoke training.
Island Training has sector specific Customer Liaison Officers, working individually with employers, identifying and meeting their skills needs, through many routes including, apprenticeships, NVQ’s, short, customised courses, bespoke training workshops. We also operate employer forums in many sectors, to meet employer needs.
