Hampshire Probation Trust works with more than 450 offenders on the Isle of Wight.  As a Trust we are committed to reducing the risk of re-offending.  Our evidence has shown that by helping offenders to improve their skills and find a job they are less likely to go on and commit further crimes.
We have a dedicated team who wish to work with employers to increase our understanding of recruitment needs.
