You need to inform us when:
  • you move into a new business premises
  • you move out of a business premises
  • any other change in circumstances
This is to make sure we are billing you for the correct amount of Business Rates.

We will need the following information:

The new address of the business
The date you purchased or leased the property
The date you are moving into the property
The name and address of your landlord if you are leasing the property
The name of the business and to whom the bill should be addressed

You can inform us about these changes by writing to the Revenues and Benefits Service, Council Offices, Broadway, Sandown, PO36 9EA, or by email at [email protected], or by completing the online form.
