ComplaintsAs a Council we try to get things right first time. However, sometimes we don’t succeed. If something is not resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to make a complaint. You can do this over the telephone, in person or in writing.
If you are still not satisfied you have the right to take the complaint further but this must be done in writing.
You can get copies of our complaints procedure and forms from all our offices and reception areas and this
website.
