Programme Information

Welcome to the Isle of Wight Walking Festival Weekend

Walking Weekend

This will be the third Autumn Walking Weekend, which offers an action packed fours days with over 60 walks to choose from, suitable for all ages and abilities.  There are several new walks in the Autumn Walking Weekend, all of which can be viewed on the website www.isleofwightwalkingfestival.co.uk

In 2008 to celebrate 10 years of the Walking Festival we organised a Celebratory Walking Weekend. Due to the great popularity we decided to make it a permanent fixture in our event calendar. Last year over 2,000 walkers took part coming from all parts of the Globe and UK.

From amblers to ramblers, the festival offers you a wide choice of walks for all ages and abilities, giving you the chance to enjoy the colour of our autumnal walks. Wherever you roam on the Island, you’ll find inspiration at every turn.
