| Biography: | I was born and bred on the Isle of Wight and went to school in Newport. After a career in Banking , I have more recently been Business Manager at a local GP surgery. I previously lived In Fishbourne, but latterly in Binstead for the last 25 years.
In my spare time I read current affairs, am a keen golfer , enjoy travelling and watching sport.
I currently represent Binstead on Ryde Town council and am aware of residents issues and concerns. I joined Ryde Town council 4 years ago and have always maintained that there is ‘no place in politics’ in town councils. Being elected to the Isle of Wight council at the recent By-Election as an Independent candidate for Binstead and Fishbourne will enable me to represent the views of residents and Islanders on the Isle of Wight council.
I will be attending the Local Police Action group, Binstead Partnership, Fishbourne Parish council and Ryde Town council on scheduled dates, alongside serving a 3rd term as Governor at Binstead Primary school.
