Description of Service: Sale of Rowlandson Prints, via 3rd party agent under licence, to general public. Isle of Wight Council owns over 70 original works by Thomas Rowlandson (18th Century British artist) and wishes to sell high-quality limited-edition prints. It has entered into a licence agreement with the firm Maritime Prints and Originals, which will be handling the entire process on the Council's behalf.
