Description of Service: The main function of the Policy team is to evaluate the potential for change and produce policy based plans and strategies to guide future change, provide certainty for all those with an interest in the Island’s future, secure sustainable development and achieve regeneration. The statutory Development Plan provides the basis on which planning decisions are made.
