Description of Service: Help Centres are located in convenient locations across the island to enable residents and visitors to access a wide range of services from a single point of contact. At a Help Centre you: Request a Council service Access other partner services (where they are available) Access information Carry out other Council Business. Help Centre Advisers are available to deal with enquires about a wide range of Council and other public-related services. They will resolve enquires at the first point of contact wherever possible, using a range of communication media including telephone, e-mail, face to face, fax etc. This means that all your Council business can be dealt with in one place.
