Description of Service: The Highways Design Section forms part of the Highways and Transport Department based at Enterprise House, which in turn lies within the Directorate of Environment and Neighbourhoods. The Design Section is currently responsible for the design and implementation of highway schemes from the Local Transport Plan (LTP)
