Council Tax Recovery - Liability Order

Description of Service: The Council will apply to the Magistrates Court to grant a Liability Order for non payment of Council Tax where a summons has been issued and the debt remains outstanding. The Liability Order allows the Council to take further action to collect unpaid Council Tax.
