Service Description: The department is concerned with feedback relating to all Council Services (Adult Service, Childrens Services, Housing and Environmental Services). It deals with vexatious complainants,the Local Government Ombudsman (LGO) complaints and provides statistical information on complaints handling to members and officers of the council. It does not deal with individual complaints which should be addressed to the service concerned in the first instance. (Please see the "making a complaint" sub - heading tab for further information)

Question: Will my personal information be shared?

Answer: Your information will not be shared for commercial purposes. It will be shared between relevant Council officers and third party organisations involved in resolving your complaint. If you do not wish certain information to be used in this way, tell us the details when you submit your complaint.
