Service Description: The Highways Design Section forms part of the Highways and Transport Department based at Enterprise House, which in turn lies within the Directorate of Environment and Neighbourhoods. The Design Section is currently responsible for the design and implementation of highway schemes from the Local Transport Plan (LTP)

Answer: Yes. We charge £17.50 per address to respond in any written format to an enquiry relating to adoption. This fee is due in advance and cheques should be made payable to the Isle of Wight Council and attached to your letter. However, we do not charge to respond verbally.
