Your FAQ

Question: My direct debit bounced this month can you just take two payments next month?

Answer: Normally we would write and ask that the account is brought up to date by return. However in certain circumstances we may be able to take two payments the following month. Council Tax legislation dictates that 14 days notice is given to customers before requesting an instalment. - Related Link
