Question: Where and how do I complete the consultation survey, and the time period in which to do it?

Answer: The survey is available to complete on-line via www.iwight.com, you can request a paper copy by phone by calling (01983) 823653 or they are available in libraries, Children’s Centres and Help Centres across the Island or write in to Isle of Wight Council Offices, Broadway, Sandown, Isle of Wight PO36 9EA.
