Service Description: The Head of Highways and Transport has overall responsibility for the following departments: Traffic, Traffic Management Enforcement, Transport Policy, Highways Design, Highways Maintenance, Rights of Way, Transport, Car Parks, Road Safety and several internal engineering administration departments.
