Service Description: This service provides support, information and advice for young carers and their families. We aim to provide the young carer with recreational respite. We also ensure that the young carer gets support, especially when the young person has caring responsibilities for a relative with a long-term illness or disability. The telephone line has a 24 hour answer machine, please call anytime you need advice and leave a message.
