On the 18 June 2003 the Isle of Wight Council approved the adoption of the new Housing Renewal Strategy 2003 – 2008.

The new Strategy provides details of the new assistance available from the Isle of Wight Council for housing repairs and renewal.

The new strategy has been written in consultation with a wide range of service users and stakeholders and is based upon the resources available to Housing Services for dealing with housing renewal.
